First Metrics

First thing this morning, in just my undies but after using the loo, my metrics were as follows:

• weight: 102.6kg
• BMI: 30.0
• Body fat: 31.1%
• Muscle: 30.8%
• Visceral fat: 14%

These measurements are from  my Omron BF511 body composition monitor.

Quite a bit of work to do...
